The "Escape From The West" Stack

In previous columns, I have written about how I have lost faith in the legitimacy of the U.S. government, and well as most other Western powers, and believe the 21st century will largely be dominated by nations in the Eastern, Eurasian region - China, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, etc.
How did I get there? Many of the countries in that part of the world are populated with citizens (even in their halls of power) who believe in their identity, believe in their country, and believe their country is worth fighting for and preserving. They’re serious in these convictions, and they take serious measures to put action behind their convictions. For the most part, they also tend to at least factor in the interests of their people in the decision-making process, and build societies that work best for them.
Generally, you don’t see that anymore in the West. Western governments, rulers, and populations have so bought in on the con-job that they should feel guilty and ashamed of who they are, and that the only way they can slightly (never permanently) alleviate that guilt is to destroy themselves, their people, and their nation. And that’s exactly what they do. They tend to not put the interests of their native people first, last, or at any other point in the decision-making process, nor is there seemingly any interest in building societies that work best for the native citizens. If anything, such beliefs are decried by hecklers in their media and intelligentsia as bigoted, xenophobic, morally repugnant. Some who express such views openly are persecuted, imprisoned, even murdered for doing so. Meanwhile, Western governments, especially the United States and NATO members, advance the interests of foreign and globalist powers through economic terrorism, forever-wars, and fomenting violent revolutions through NGO nation-building (euphemistically titled “Spreading Democracy”).
The East still, in large part, lives in something resembling a society, because it still possesses the will to do so. The West no longer lives in a society, because it has lost the will to do so.
Western countries have become nothing more than a collection of junkies, hell-bent on destroying themselves in pursuit of their next fix. For several years now, I and many others have felt like the spouse of an addict - we don’t want to lose them to the vice, we want them to get the help they desperately need, but we’re also not going to stick around and watch them destroy themselves. The addict has to decide: It’s either us, or the junk. Which is more important to them?
The West has apparently decided on the junk. So now it’s up to us to decide: Are we going to stand by and watch our spouse destroy themselves (and us in the process), or are we going to keep our word, pack our bags, and leave?
I have made the decision to start packing my bags. I invite you to do the same. We can start by educating ourselves on what we can do, and where we can go, to start building a better life for ourselves in another part of the world - places we will be treated best, not just better. Places where we will be welcomed with open arms, along with our investments into the local economy. Places where the government actually makes our best interests a priority. Places where the ruling power structure doesn’t hate us, doesn’t want us dead, and isn’t trying to oppress and kill us. Places where we can secure an existence and future for ourselves, our posterity, and our people.
